$10 DISCOUNT for students & seniors (65
years and over); may not be combined with other offers. Children
over the age of 7 are welcome as long as they are accompanied
by a legal guardian and the quietness of The Ojai Retreat is
respected.
RATES INCLUDE use of the Meeting room, Quiet
room, library, patios, walking trails and various gardens throughout
the 5 acre property (Fountain Garden, Shangri-La Garden, etc).
BEDANDBREAKKFAST.COM GIFT CARDS - because
these cards would cost us 30% of our room rate, we do not participate
in their program and we do not accept bedandbreakfast.com gift
cards at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: our credit card holds
your reservation. Your card will be charged the day of your
arrival. A small retreat such as ours is significantly affected
by cancellations and we appreciate your consideration of our
cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 5 days prior to
your arrival, you will not be charged. If you cancel five (5)
days or less of your arrival date we are sorry but we need to
charge you the full amount for all nights booked. Holiday and
event periods require a 10 day cancellation. Cancellations must
be made in writing. You will receive a confirmation of your
cancellation by email.
EARLY DEPARTURE: If you leave earlier than
planned, you will still be charged for the full reservation
unless the room can be rebooked.
RATES AS LISTED ABOVE are for one or two
people occupancy per room.
FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON (with or without
a mattress bed or sofa bed), there is a charge of $40.00 per
night.
REGULAR WEEKENDS => 2 night minimum <=
SATURDAY plus one of the following days: Friday or Sunday. We
accept 1 night bookings on Fridays and one night bookings on
Sundays. For one night bookings on Saturdays a 25% surcharge
will be applied to the normal room rate (no more than 3 rooms
can be released for a 1 night stay during the weekends).
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS => 3 night minimum, which
is released two weeks preceding a holiday weekend.
Weekly and monthly bookings: 50% payment
is required at booking and the remaining 50% balance is due

We are a smoke-free, pet-free and TV free facility.
Not suitable for children under 7 in order to ensure
tranquility. Children ages 7-17 are welcome when accompanied
by a parent or legal guardian.
WORK EXCHANGE: Often there is work available
in the garden (and occasionally in the office). If so, the Ojai
Retreat offers a reduction of the room rate by $10 for every
hour worked with a maximum reduction in room rate of 50%. |
